Webinar Conference Guidelines
Welcome to our upcoming virtual conference! To ensure a smooth and enriching experience for all participants, please read and follow the guidelines below carefully.
1. General Instructions
The conference will be conducted online through an official webinar platform (Zoom/Teams/Meet).
Please log in 10–15 minutes before the scheduled session to test your audio and video settings.
Only registered participants will receive the webinar link and access credentials.
Meeting details will be emailed 24–48 hours prior to the event.
2. Guidelines for Speakers
Prepare your presentation in PowerPoint (PPT) format with clear and concise content.
Each speaker will have 20–25 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A
Submit your final presentation at least 2 days before your scheduled session.
Ensure a professional background, proper lighting, and clear audio.
Avoid background noise and maintain professional etiquette throughout your talk.
Kindly stay within your allotted time to ensure smooth session flow.
3. Guidelines for Participants
Join the session on time and keep your microphone muted unless invited to speak.
Use the chat box or raise-hand feature for queries and discussions.
Participants must attend at least 75% of sessions to qualify for the attendance certificate.
4. Technical Recommendations
Ensure a stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended).
Use earphones or headsets for better sound quality.
Close unnecessary applications or tabs to prevent technical issues.
Contact the technical support team if you experience any connectivity problems during the event.
5. Communication & Support
All official information and updates will be shared through the contact number.
For any inquiries or assistance, reach out to the Organizing Committee using the provided contact details.
Session recordings (if applicable) will be shared only with registered participants after the event.
6. Certificates & Feedback
Certificates (Speaker, Participant, or Attendee) will be issued via email within 3-4 working days after the conference.
7. Best Paper & Presentation Awards
To recognize excellence and encourage academic contribution, the conference will present the following awards:
Best Paper Award – Presented to the most outstanding research paper based on originality, clarity, and significance of results.
Best Presentation Award – Presented to the most engaging and effective speaker presentation during the webinar.
Selection will be made by the Scientific and Review Committee, and winners will receive
an e-certificate of excellence and special recognition during the closing ceremony.
