Welcome to Vivora Conferences. By visiting our website, submitting an abstract, registering for our events, or participating in any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated below. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue the use of our website and refrain from registering.

1. Acceptance of Terms

         Registering for the conference or using our website confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
         If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the website and do not complete the registration.

2. Registration & Payment

        Participants must provide accurate details during registration.
        Registration will be confirmed only when the full payment is made through approved payment methods.
        Completing registration means you agree to follow all conference rules and policies.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vivora understands that plans may change. The refund policy for virtual events is as follows:
         30+ days before the event: Full refund, minus a $99 service fee.
         Within 30 days: 60% refund of the registration fee, minus the $99 service fee.
         After the event begins: No refund.

  Special Cases
         If you face an emergency, you may request a special review for refund or a transfer to a future event.
  Postponement / Force Majeure
         If the conference is postponed due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., technical failures, natural events), your registration will be moved to a future Vivora virtual event. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
  No-Show

         Participants who do not attend the event without prior notice will not receive a refund.

4. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. You  must not:
        Engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
        Share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
        Violate the intellectual property rights of the conference or speakers.
        Attempt to disrupt the virtual platform or access unauthorized data.
Vivora reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these rules, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

        All conference materials—including presentations, logos, recordings, and digital content—are owned by Vivora Conferences or the   respective speakers.
        Participants may not copy, record, share, or redistribute any conference content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

        Vivora will not be responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or any loss related to your participation in the virtual event.
        Attendance and participation are at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

        These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
        Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.
